About Me.
Out of 15+ years for over 13 years I am designing for humans that are not an afterthought which in age of AI is becoming incredibly to skip. I am currently designer for patient experiences at R&D, athenahealth. Previously established and scaled design practice from the ground up at DreamOrbit.

Leading experience design for patient communication platform. I champion trauma-informed, inclusive design principles while collaborating directly with product teams, clinicians, and patients. I also actively leverage AI across the entire UX lifecycle—using GenAI to accelerate research synthesis, deepen data analysis, and rapidly prototype and test new interactions.
2015–2021
DreamOrbit later acquired by Saksoft
Built and led the UX design practice from the ground up, scaling from a solo role into a global team of 10+ specialists. Directed design strategies for a diverse international portfolio spanning US logistics giants, Asian ocean freight, European government bodies, and EdTech. Navigated complex stakeholder dynamics to advocate for design maturity and commercial pragmatism across distributed teams.
2011–2015
Freelancer + QuantumQ Technologies
Successfully returned to the industry following a high-risk pregnancy, using the transition to intentionally pivot my career. Mastered front-end web development (HTML/CSS, CMS) and formally transitioned under mentorship of my friend and UX Director at QuantumQ.
